Expand your job search efforts to find and engage hiring authorities and/or their companies.  Find employers in a manner not available with LinkedIn, job boards and other employment websites using micro-blogging software.  Start a 'virtual conversation' with your next boss/co-workers before you get hired.  And how to avoid stupid before you report for work.

Participants are encouraged bringing
