Bottom line it is possible with the right service and plan to have custom voice mail greetings that can be converted to text message. You can have one number forever regardless of phone service provider and direct the caller to the phone instrument of your choice. And answered or allowed to go to voice mail and/or test message.
I see lots of solutions and I am getting closer to seeing my problem(s) in communications with phone and Internet. Still a work in progress.
