Leonard Pitts Jr., columnist with the Miami Herald said, "I won't Twitter my life away"
Mr. Pitts makes a valid point when too much of Twitter is "...the banal, the mundane, the everyday." Too much focus on what I am doing, rather than the being that I have become.
As the insightful and overlooked philosophers/song writers John Lennon & Paul McCartney sang in 'Baby You're a Rich Man' “…now that you know who you are what do you want to be?” Everyone is a unique and special person. Mr. Pitts says at the end of the column he will never tweet because he is not that interesting. So a challenge is when you tweet is how do you become a person of interest?
