Geek Squad to the rescue!!!

The Problem

The wireless connection in my home/office worked great with one notebook computer, but not the other.   Frequent dropped connection to Internet or computer can't find the home network.

The Solution

Get someone who knows how to setup and fix wireless connections, Geek Squad. 

• The fix was to assign channel 6 to the Netgear N+ Wireless router.
• Download latest wireless drivers from HP and Microsoft (computer mgr and operating system respectively for computer)
• Install as directed by Geek Squad agent
• Problem fixed, yea!!!!!

p.s. This was a follow-up visit by Geek Squad and still covered under their 30-day warranty for the initial wireless setup. And they were nice enough to also get my new wireless printer connected as well.
