  • Focus on value you bring, not the prices they will pay you.
  • You have to intend to negotiate.
  • Greater the growth of the company, the greater the 'green'
  • No whine before it's time, how to bump the bucks during the negotiation
  • The answer is always no until your ask the ?
  • Yield on the minors/Zero in on the majors
  • Bottom Line:  Win the war for work, don't lose the battle over the bucks.
