- If you have NO leverage with the hiring authority you probably need to take the offer as is
- Whoever is being chased has more leverage
- You have more leverage if you can walk away from the offer
- Being employed provides leverage

- Target Value
- True Market Value
- Threshold Value
- How much are you worth
- Time = $$
- Knowledge = Power
- Power = Work/Time
- Knowledge = Work
- $$ = Work/Knowledge
- Balance need vs. Greed
