Based on his book, The Seven Stages of Successful Unemployment…From Hell to Hallelujah!, Steve engaged and enlightened the audience.  A few points from his book seasoned with his often humorous and witty manner.

• Answer the question first, What do you want to be for the rest of your life when you grow up?
• Don't live above your means
• Humor will get you through anything
• Who you know is more important than what you know
• Don't get pigeon holed
• Give and you will receive
• Opportunity comes in many guises 

And provided two options how to discuss salary which you need to hear in person for the full story:

1. The salary for this job is somewhere between free and the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
2. Or what do you believe is fair and equitable for this position
