Problems

Think problems. Good and bad ones.

Find the problems to find the opportunities to find the job. Hiring authorities want problems solved and are willing to pay you and me to have that done.

They get work done through other people.

They aren't interested in providing jobs so much as getting things done. When employers have problems our opportunity is there and we call it a job. My best prospects are those companies that are expanding, developing new stuff, launching new products & services, resolving issues internal with their employees and doing better things with their customers/clients.

If a company has bad problems and needs things fixed, I can fix them and good programs caused by growth and success.

I am a wizard at creating learning WOWs! & O*M*G* moments in workplace learning situations.

Employers need talented people to facilitate the success they want to achieve.

Professional

Think professional organizations and trade associations. It would be great if I could showcase my talents and abilities before potential hiring authorities at meetings of professional groups. In recent months I have done shows for the Kiwanis and Lions clubs in the Dallas area and on-line webinars for the American Society of Quality Ft Worth.

You can preview shows that I can provide from my website on social media, generational conflict and personal branding.

These groups have weekly/monthly meetings. They need a program at each meeting for their members.

Programs

Think weekly Internet TV show program. Friday afternoon at 12:47pm Central I host 'Social Media for Job Search & Career Success'. Until I can showcase myself in front of an audience, I go virtual with the only weekly Internet TV show in Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas area.

You can watch the show and send instant messages to chat with me and the studio audience. I broadcast from the Bavarian Grill, Plano, TX if you would like to join the studio audience.
