Sheila Bailey at PowerLunch Tuesday, Oct. 25 When Sheila Bailey's husband, renowned expository preacher Dr. E.K. Bailey, died after a tough battle with cancer, she wasn't sure what to do. She had little income ... scant resources ... and no real direction in life. But God directed her to Scripture that has become a life verse and has prompted her to share with others through her book Makeovers with Leftovers. In 2 Kings 4:7, the prophet Elisha tells a widow whose only possession is a little jar of oil: "Go sell the oil ... and live on what's left." "So I am living on what's left," Sheila says, who adds that with God, little becomes much. Bring a friend who needs to hear this powerful message and join us for lunch tomorrow.
