SHE who cashes my paycheck (when I was getting them) recently had a video interview. It was done via the hiring company's website where she recorded her answers to a list of questions. So there was no interaction with the recruiter. Just record your answer in 3 minutes or less.
My experience was making a 5 minute video with accompanying slide share which I posted to Screenr for the recruiter. BTW: neither of us got hired after the video interview.
I am ready...for my next close-up.
