So, at the First Friday Book Synopsis, we read some of those books and share what we've learned. We might provide enough of the book for you to decide, "that's enough -- now, let me put this insight into practice." Or, we might help you decide to delve into one of the books we presented with a deeper dive. Either way, we help you as you seek to keep learning. This month, our two books are both valuable. Karl Krayer will present his synopsis of Loyalty 3.0: How to Revolutionize Customer and Employee Engagement with Big Data and Gamification by Rajat Paharia. I will present my synopsis of Contagious: Why Things Catch On by Jonah Berger. Both of these will add to your growing body of business knowledge.
