 Pete Delkus at PowerLunch
Tuesday, Sept. 27  We count on him to let us know what's happening with the weather, of course, the last few months it was pretty easy—100 degrees ... again! But Pete Delkus is much more than an Emmy award-winning chief meteorologist at WFAA-TV (Channel 8). Pete was an All-America pitcher at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and pitched in the College World Series. He signed with the Minnesota Twins and had a great minor league career including having been named the organization's Minor League Player of the Year. An elbow injury ended Pete's career prematurely. Come hear Pete's story. Invite some friends ... tell them Pete says the weather will be great!
