What makes an attention-getting LinkedIn profile for the job seeker?

Given the constraints of format and organization of LinkedIn profiles, what would you do to make it stand-out in a 'blink of the eye' for the hiring authority and/or screener? Because I am told that's all you have to make a 1st impression and worthy of a second look. This blog article offers a few examples.  Do you agree?
